Receive Return Label
We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24-48 hours.
Ship It Back
Pack the item securely and drop it off at any shipping location.
Get Refunded
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We're happy to exchange for a different size of the same item, subject to availability. Exchange shipping is free.
Note: Because our pieces are made on-demand, exchanges may take 2-3 weeks to fulfill.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
